ENDR-European Network of Defence related Regions
First ECCP C2Lab, focus on Comprehensive Security in Kuopio

European Network of Defence Regions
ENDR „European Network of Defence related Regions“

Harriet Lonka null from Comprehensive Security Cluster North Savo
Dear ENDR members,
You are warmly welcome to join the first ECCP C2Lab ever with the specific focus on Comprehensive Security in Kuopio 29-30 October 2025!
The European Cluster Collaboration Platform, in collaboration with Kuopio Water Cluster, Comprehensive Security Cluster North Savo, SuperEcosystem, BoostECO, Savonia University of Applied Sciences, and North Savo Regional Council, invites you to join the Cluster Summit Finland 2025 on 28 October and the next edition of the Cluster Collaboration Labs (C2Lab) on 29-30 October 2025. The events will take place in Kuopio, Finland, and are a great opportunity to meet, discuss cluster policies, and develop new projects.
The C2Lab covers the theme of Comprehensive Security as introduced by the North Savo Comprehensive Security Cluster, marking the first time this topic has been showcased by a C2Lab. Aligning with comprehensive security, another specific focus for this C2Lab is Water Resilience, a strength within the North Savo region and a cluster with a long, impactful history.
We in the Comprehensive Security Cluster North Savo warmly welcome our ENDR partners to join the C2Lab in Kuopio. This is a great opportunity for the various ENDR partners to join forces in practical project development guided by the unique expertise of the EU and ECCP.
How does the C2Lab work?
The C2Lab is a co-creation space and counts on your active participation. The aim is to develop project ideas for the indicated challenges in discussions with the other participants and build a proposal together. The work initiated at the C2Lab should be further implemented after the lab itself. For the work at the lab, we will provide you with a project canvas and facilitators to help and guide the process.
Online pitching sessions
Confirmed participants are invited to join two online pitching sessions taking place on 18 September, 10:00 CET, and 9 October, 10:00 CET. The participants have the chance to introduce themselves personally, and potentially any project ideas, to the other attendees. This opportunity is a complementary activity to enhance the experience at the C2Lab and to help define working groups.
Info Session
The ECCP team will host an info session on 4 September 2025, 10:00 CET, to explain the event format and give details about the agenda and the opportunities for the participants. The info session is open to anyone interested in attending the C2Lab.
Register to join the info session.
